The deodorant spray is applied to the inside of the shoe, allowed to dry completely, and only then should the shoes be worn.

It does its job for a few hours. I didn't like it. There is very little spray in the bottle. It was not enough for my summer shoes (to clean them before winter). I used it about 3 times during the season, and after that, I wanted to clean my summer sneakers, but it ran out after the second pair.
